Steps to see the new Navigation Bar when using Internet Explorer 9.

From the home page of the Merchants website, press F12 on your keyboard to open the Developer's tool window. 

Select Document Mode: Quirks 

Select Internet Explorer 9 standards (Page default) 

The navigation bar will then display

Press F12 on your keyboard to close the Developer's tool window.
